Coastal Breeze Condos were previously owned by Brentwood on the Beach and operated from 1997 until April 2005
when Michael Pinnell and Beverly Reynolds, purchased them from Joan and Peter Karstens.
Presently owned by Jack and Joan Powell.

We are looking forward to offering you the same level of hospitality and accommodations
