Cottage Reservation Deposit

Cottage reservations are guaranteed and confirmed with a deposit at time of booking at a pre-arranged requested amount.

Reservations for each week require a 25% deposit. Reservations for less than one week require a one night deposit.
Reservations are guaranteed and confirmed with credit card or deposit with the balance to be paid not later
than two weeks before the start of your rental period.

Confirmation of rental will be mailed upon receipt of deposit.

Cottage Cancellation Policy

Your deadline for cancelling cottage reservations is 11:00 am 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Failure to cancel on time means that you will forfeit your deposit.

Check-in time - 2:00 PM.
Check-out time - 11:00 AM.
